Road Hog Bar-B-Que & Grill caters to every type of event and provides on-site cooking from our mobile 25' kitchen. From slow cooked Brisket to Roasted Chicken, we have it all!
My love of cooking and southern upbringing has lead me to develop a cross-blend of mouth watering flavors for my rubs and sauces. I've taken my favorite styles of barbeque to create my own, from St. Louis to the traditional Texas style. Our menu selections vary but below is a list of our most popular meats:
